First Street League stops in Germany a big success

This summer we hosted the 3X3 Unites Street League for the first time in Germany, in the cities of Düsseldorf and Bielefeld. The first year of the Street League was a huge success and has been a great example for the connection in our ecosystem, especially in Düsseldorf: Our educated 3X3 Leaders had a great impact and took over most of the organizational parts during the competition days.

Participating in the Street League was a great opportunity and experience for our local 3X3 Community.

We choose different locations for our stops, therefore we had the chance to spread 3x3 and our vision throughout different areas in Düsseldorf and got in contact with more players and people.

The kids were passionate and excited, while the leaders stepped in as organizers showcasing the best of our community. We had many participants, ranging from the little ones to Division 1 players. It was great to offer our community the chance to step up beyond borders and participate in the Regional Final in Zwolle.

Missing a constant and regular 3x3 competition during the summer before, we are looking forward to the next years of Street League and having even more locations in the area of Düsseldorf.
