Festival24 Young Leaders Training Survey 

Workshop ideas

Welcome! DUNK Grassroots and 3X3 Unites will provide the 2-day-training of all young leaders during the Festival24. We want the program to fit your needs and interests and therefore, ask you to fill out this short survey.

The training is designed to develop the young leaders into role models which bring the change in their home communities and which establish safe, inclusive and welcoming spaces.

Our workshops guide leaders in creating sports programs where everyone feels at home.

We came up with seven topics in total and now ask you to prioritize them in accordance to your interest so that we can ensure that our program is valuable to everyone in attendance.

We will host one or two online meetings for those who are interested in actively playing a part and giving input for the training. If you are interested to do so, please leave your email at question 9.

Workshop on equipping you with the tools to create spaces where diverse voices thrive and teach you the practical strategies for fostering inclusive and vibrant communities.

Workshop on how to monitor the boundaries of your role as a facilitator/trainer, while at the same time ensuring that everyone feels safe and valued. Fostering awareness of the importance of a safe and fun environment and how you can actively contribute to inclusion.

Workshop on how to form your own teams and prepare your exercises using a hands-on approach. Encouraging you to reflect on your own style of coaching and how to form powerful teams of coach and assistant coach.

Workshop on how to transfer the knowledge and energy gained during the Festival24 to your own environment, with the help of already familiar strategies.
