The buyer agrees, by payment of the invoice, to both the following terms and conditions, the privacy statement of 3X3 Unites (in Dutch), and the terms and conditions of CM.com.

Changes to the program

• The event organization reserves the right to change the starting times of components in the program. 

• In the event of interruption, cancellation, or non-completion of a match, the organization cannot be held liable. The costs of the entrance fee and other purchases will not be reimbursed. 

• The organizer will endeavor to relocate the a<ected component in terms of location or time in the event of cancellation and provide ticket holders access to the rescheduled match(es)/session. 

• The provided program, as communicated by the organizer 3X3 Unites, is not binding and may still be subject to changes by the organizer leading up to the event. 

Safety, Damage, and Responsibilities

• The use or possession of weapons or sharp objects is prohibited. In case of weapon possession, the police will be notified immediately without consultation.

• The organization reserves the right to conduct bag checks at any time.

• Visitors who disrupt the event in any way, cause damage, or personal injury will be held personally liable and may be denied access to the event. 

• Visitors are required to follow all instructions on (warning) signs and instructionsfrom the organization.
• Damage incurred on the event premises cannot be attributed to the organization.
• The organization cannot be held responsible for minors.
• Individuals who cannot be held responsible for their own actions must be accompanied by a guardian who is responsible for these individuals.

Communication & Data 

• At 3X3 Unites events, recordings are made. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor gives the organization permission to use images (photos and videos) featuring them for communication purposes. 

• As the organizer of the event, 3X3 Unites collects data from buyers for communication purposes regarding updates, ticket sharing, relevant promotions for other events and other related matters. By purchasing the ticket, the user agrees to this. The organizer communicates through SMS messages, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Users can always opt-out from receiving these communications. 

Purchasing tickets 

• Immediately after your purchase is completed and the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from CM.com. We will ask you to personalize your order, after which you will receive the e-ticket one month prior to the event. Without personalization, you can’t receive your e-ticket. Your e-ticket serves as the access pass to the chosen event. 

• Copying this e-ticket is as futile as it is prohibited. Each ticket has a unique barcode that will be scanned at the entrance and can only be used once. 

• 3X3 Unites will always endeavor to facilitate ticket exchanges in the event of a change in location, if such an option is available. If the price for the new location is lower than the original price, it will be compensated by the organizer, or if the price is higher, by the buyer. If the buyer is unable to attend, the tickets cannot be returned to the organizer. The buyer can attempt to resell the tickets themselves through verified partners such as Ticketswap. 

• 3X3 Unites does not take responsibility for the resale of tickets. If a ticket is invalid, 3X3 Unites cannot provide any guarantee or o<er a new ticket. 

Policy for Incorrect Orders

• Always double-check your purchase or reservation for quantity, date, and price before confirming. 

• 3X3 Unites does not accept returns.

• If there is suspicion that incorrect data has been provided, 3X3 Unites and CM.com reserves the right to block your purchase or reservation. 

• 3X3 Unites is not liable for any damages resulting from the provision of incorrect data.

Legal Inspection Period 

• We sell event tickets via the event website that are time-bound. Therefore, sales do not fall under the legal inspection period of 14 working days during which a purchase can be reversed.

• The event's sales page is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal data, making it unreadable while transmitted over the internet. CM.com utilizes payment methods approved by banks.
