Het team van 3X3 Unites wordt gekenmerkt door eigenschappen als eigenaarschap en proactiviteit. De organisatie wordt gevormd door een mix van professionals en jongeren die zie hebben bewezen en groeien binnen de organisatie. Bij 3X3 Unites investeren we in de toekomst van onze mensen, zodat zij kunnen blijven groeien – op én buiten het veld.
