What is the 3X3 Unites Academy?
Every year, 3X3 Unites trains hundreds of young people across the country as 3X3 Leaders—with a clear mission: providing perspective.
With the 3X3 Unites Academy, we bridge the gap between the 3X3 Leader Course and the start of your career as a young professional. Together with partners like Conclusion Consulting, Zorg en Zekerheid, NXT Level Sports Nutrition, Nike, Rabobank, and more, we offer a continuous, unique program. It gives you the opportunity to further discover and develop your talents—and helps you stand out at the start of your career. Who knows—you might land an internship or job with 3X3 Unites or one of our partners.

Who can join the Academy?
Anyone who has successfully completed the eight-week 3X3 Leader Course.
Can I use the 3X3 Unites Academy to complete my MDT program?
Yes. Every workshop, training, or course counts toward the 80 hours required for MDT programs. You’ll find the time commitment under the practical information for each course or workshop.
Will I get a job after completing the Academy?
The Academy places you in a unique position to further develop your skills. It also gives you exceptional access to our partners. So who knows—you might find a job through it! But it starts with you. Ultimately, finding a job is always your own responsibility.
Do I have to attend every workshop?
No, you don't. You decide which workshops or trainings you want to join. Choose what fits you best.
Where are the workshops held?
These take place at the 3X3 Unites HQ on Keienbergweg in Amsterdam, or at partner locations. You'll find the exact venue in the practical information on each workshop’s info page.
What do I need to participate in the workshops, trainings, and courses?
Requirements vary by workshop or course. You’ll receive an email beforehand with details. If you need a laptop and don’t have one, you can use one of up to 100 laptops provided by our partner Zorg en Zekerheid.
