Training to become a 3X3 Instructor
This course prepares 3X3 Leaders to become instructors of the 3X3 Leader Course themselves. Participants learn how to guide young people, empower them, and create a safe, inspiring learning environment within the 3X3 Unites ecosystem.

What will you learn?
The instructor training prepares 3X3 Leaders to become trainers of the 3X3 Leader Course. The core program of 3X3 Unites. Under the theme “from the streets to the top,” they learn how 3x3 basketball functions as a tool: how to empower young people, how the ecosystem of players, 3X3 Leaders, events, and facilities connects, and what role an instructor plays within it.
Through a mix of theory, interactive exercises, practical assignments, and reflection moments, 3X3 Leaders develop the skills to guide groups, create safety, offer perspective, and stimulate leadership. Step by step, they grow from participant to role model and instructor, someone who helps others take ownership, both on and off the court.
