Recruitment goes beyond telling a good story; it’s about making genuine connections. During this workshop, participants discover how to approach and engage young people in an authentic way and get them excited about 3X3 Unites, without relying on a standard pitch.
Through interactive games and role-playing exercises, they learn how to recognise their target audience, ask the right follow-up questions, and manage expectations honestly. This helps participants not only build stronger recruitment conversations, but also develop their own confidence as connectors within 3X3 Unites.
